For standard semi trailer models, production normally takes around 20 working days. Customized trailers usually require about 30 working days, depending on the design and configuration. For some standard models with confirmed specifications and payment, faster delivery can also be arranged.
The price depends on the trailer type, loading capacity, number of axles, steel material, components, customization and shipping requirements. Hummingbird can provide a detailed quotation based on your specifications and destination, rather than offering a one-size-fits-all price.
Hummingbird can arrange different shipping solutions according to the trailer size and destination, including container shipping, RoRo shipping and bulk cargo shipping. Before shipment, trailers can be professionally packed and protected against corrosion during transportation.

For export markets, trailer structures, axles, suspension and other load-bearing components can be reinforced according to the required application. Hummingbird also performs loading tests before delivery to help ensure the trailer meets the agreed specifications.
Hummingbird provides a 12-month basic warranty covering the steel structure and mechanical parts under normal use. We also provide operating instructions for special trailers and can supply spare parts such as tires, bearings, lights and other components after delivery.
The process normally includes confirming your trailer requirements, receiving a quotation, confirming the technical specifications and drawings, signing the contract, production, inspection, packing and shipment.
